From Smart Hardware to Guaranteed Mobility: IoT Venture Brings Integrated Solutions to EUROBIKE 2025

IoT Venture GmbH will be exhibiting at this year’s EUROBIKE, which takes place from 25 to 29 June. The focus will be on new connected bike solutions, including the latest tracking technology and a wide range of partner solutions. There will also be a new service offering for end customers, which will be available for the first time.

From smart localisation to seamless networking and new service concepts: IoT Venture GmbH will once again be showcasing its expertise in smart mobility solutions at EUROBIKE 2025. Visitors can expect a wide range of exhibits at the new location in Hall 12.1, Stand B16: the full range of integration and solutions for connected bikes will be on display alongside original exhibits from partner manufacturers. This new location in Hall 12 highlights the company’s ambition to expand its role as a strategic technology partner in the industry.

Connected Bike in new dimensions

This year’s presentation will focus on the Connected Bike solution’s latest and best developments to date. In addition to the powerful basic technology, which improves positioning accuracy by 25%, the system also boasts additional functions. CAN integration enables data such as battery status and mileage to be read out and allows the drive unit to be deactivated and locked remotely. The solution is complemented by a Bluetooth interface that opens up new application scenarios, as well as an acoustic buzzer alarm that sounds in the event of unauthorised use.

„With the new expansion stage, we have improved the precision and reaction speed of our system and provided the basis for deeper integration with components, particularly drive systems, as well as expanding our use cases. This creates the technological basis for even smarter e-bike applications,“ says Mario Petters, IoT Venture’s delighted Chief Operating Officer.

Play it safe with VELOSAFE

Another milestone in the IoT Venture GmbH portfolio is the new „VELOSAFE“ service module. Available straight from the factory, it enables manufacturers to offer their customers a comprehensive ‚peace of mind‘ package, combining a GPS tracker with a mobility guarantee. In the event of damage, it offers comprehensive support, including a loan bike in the event of theft, breakdown assistance, and a repair service in the event of an accident. VELOSAFE is more attractively priced for end customers than traditional insurance offers without compromising on the scope of the solution.

To ensure that the bike can be parked even more securely, the solution’s app will soon offer a theft heat map as well as smart notifications based on real-time data, police reports and insurance claims.

For manufacturers, VELOSAFE is a powerful sales argument and an effective tool for fostering customer loyalty, providing real added value beyond the point of sale.

Price prediction for e-bikes

Another topic at the IoT Venture stand is price prediction for used e-bikes. Reliable statements about the resale value of the e-bike can be made with the help of algorithms based on real usage data, such as mileage, charging history or riding behaviour.

This enables manufacturers and leasing providers to assess the condition of a vehicle much more precisely than previous models allowed. In the leasing context in particular, such forecasts can be used to develop targeted repurchase, refurbishment or upgrade offers at the end of the contract term, thus making optimum use of follow-up business.
